We’re joined by Bristol-based producer and DJ, Manami, who’s been making waves in the scene since moving to the city four years ago.

She’s shared the stage with the likes of Soichi Terada, Ben UFO and Bicep, and showcased her eclectic taste in her residencies on Worldwide FM and Noods radio. She’s played Abergavenny’s Come Bye Festival, Amsterdam’s The Hague and Glastonbury AND she also co-runs ‘Better Days’, a Bristol based party with Anil Chohan.

When she’s not playing live, she’s running workshops for emerging women, trans and gender non-conforming creatives – and teaching piano lessons. Born in Tokyo, Manami has been a classically trained pianist from the age of 6, and then violin from the age of twelve, thus she doesn’t remember much of her life without having music involved. She began experimenting with producing her own music in 2018, releasing her first feature ‘The 2000s’ on Corrupt Data’s compilation.

We hope you enjoy this sludgy but meditative mix she’s put together for us.
